High Temperature Tapered Roller Bearings 200°C (T200/CX)

GMW tapered roller bearings with suffix T200/CX are suitable for temperatures up to 200°C. All T200/CX heat-resistant tapered roller bearings have the following advantages:

• Made from AISI 52100 / SUJ2 / GCr15 steel material
• Adaptable to temperatures up to 200°C (effective operating temperature 180°C)
• The manganese phosphate (Mn₃(PO₄)₂) surface coating (according to EN ISO 9717) ensures enhanced protection against corrosion.  The roller cage and rollers after surface coating still allow increased load capacity, especially at high temperatures.
• Special heat-resistant grease in mineral oil forms a highly effective lubricant layer for rubbing and sliding surfaces. Helps reduce friction, allowing parts to operate more smoothly and providing greater economic benefits for bearings.

T200/CX heat-resistant bearings are suitable for equipment with shaft diameters from 20 mm to 100 mm. They are mounted in pairs to obtain a sealed bearing assembly on both sides.
