Cam Followers Bearings with Heat Resistance 400°C (HT4/G) and Low Temperature -73°C (L/2)

GMW HT4/G High Temperature Cam Followers outperform conventional oil or grease lubricated cam actuators in high temperature applications. GMW Cam Followers contain a special grease (Paste) as a lubrication solution in high temperature conditions.

They are designed to handle medium and heavy loads, slow speeds from 120rpm to 280rpm. GMW high temperature Cam Followers provide reliable performance at temperatures up to 400°C

We also develop GMW camshaft ball bearings with the suffix L/2 that also perform well in low temperature environments from -10°C down to -73°C and in wet or submerged applications.

The high temperature resistant Cam Followers HT4/G bearings have the following characteristics :

• Special heat resistant grease for temperatures up to 400°C
• Manganese phosphate coating (according to EN ISO 9717) ensures enhanced corrosion protection, good lubricant adhesion and better runability
• Made from AISI 52100 / SUJ2 / GCr15 steel material

The L/2 low temperature Cam Followers bearings have  the following characteristics :

Cam Followers suffix L/2 bearings also have the option of low temperature applications from -10°C down to -73°C and in wet or submerged applications the following characteristics:

• Special heat resistant grease for temperatures down to -73°C
• Stainless steel material SUS304, SUS440 or special chrome plating of the surface helps the bearing to be rust-proof
