High-temperature bearing housings with the suffix T250 are suitable for high rotational speeds and temperatures up to 250°C. Depending on the application, these bearings allow for stable operation without maintenance.
All T250 bearings have the following basic features:
- Made from chromium steel material
- C3 clearance design compensates for temperature-induced distortion
- Adaptable to temperatures up to 250°C
- Manganese phosphate Mn₃(PO₄)₂ surface coating (according to EN ISO 9717) ensures enhanced protection against corrosion.
- Special polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) grease provides high-performance lubrication for rubbing and sliding surfaces. Helps reduce friction, allowing parts to operate more smoothly and providing greater economic benefits for bearings.
- A riveted steel plate roller cage provides high stability but low friction
Available Configurations T250 radial insert bearings usually come in two versions:
- Open type (no shield)
- ZZ type – two heat-resistant steel shields.
Field of operations:
- Air conveyors
- Industrial Fans
- Packaging machinery
- Ceramic industry
- Papermaking industry
- Etc.
