HT1 Heat Resistant Grease (350°C)

HT1 is a graphite-containing high-temperature grease for thin-film lubrication. Graphite-containing high-temperature paste benefits your application.

HT1 is a thin film lubricant for low-speed plain and rolling bearings and is capable of lubricating up to 400°C. It is chemically composed of polyalkylene glycol oil and inorganic solid lubricants (graphite). The synthetic base oil evaporates at temperatures above 200°C. The solid lubricant residue is effective at temperatures up to 400°C as a dry lubricant.

HT1 has been proven to be an effective lubricant for kiln trolley bearings in the ceramics industry and for high-temperature transfer bearings in the glass industry.

Other applications: as a roller bearing lubricant in steel mills, for conveyors and transport lines in high-temperature applications and as a lubricant for plain bearings operating at high temperatures
