High-temperature housing bearings with the suffix ‘HT2’ are suitable for slow speeds and temperatures up to a maximum of 280°C. Depending on the application, these bearings allow stable operation without maintenance.
All HT2 bearings have the following basic features:
- Made from chromium steel material
- C5 clearance design compensates for temperature-induced distortion.
- Adaptable to temperatures up to 280°C
- Manganese phosphate Mn₃(PO₄)₂ surface coating (according to EN ISO 9717) ensures enhanced protection against corrosion.
- Special high-performance perfluoropolyether (PTFE) grease lubricates rubbing and sliding surfaces, reducing friction, allowing parts to operate more smoothly and providing greater economic benefit to bearings.
- A riveted steel plate roller cage provides high stability but low friction
Available Configurations HT2 radial insert bearings usually come in two versions:
- Open type (no shield)
- ZZ type – two heat-resistant steel shields
Fields of application:
- Paint ovens, glass manufacturing
- Steel industry, die-casting machine
- Furnaces for the Ceramic Industry
- Trolley Industry, Trolley for Brick Kilns Industry
- Etc…
Extensive range
- UC204 … UC214
- UC304 … UC314
- There are many types of housing of bearing options: UCP, UCF, UCFL, UCFC…
