High Temperature Spherical Roller Bearings 250°C (T250)

GMW T250 heat-resistant spherical roller bearings are suitable for medium speeds and temperatures up to 250°C (482°F) maximum. Depending on the application, these bearings allow stable operation without maintenance.

We also design and supply a full range of sealed spherical roller bearings. These bearings are available in both single- and double-row designs. Spherical roller bearings are pre-lubricated with a specially formulated grease and sealed with a grease seal. This protects the bearing and lubricant from potentially damaging contaminants, reducing the frequency of re-lubrication under most application conditions. This can significantly reduce maintenance costs and increase bearing life in contaminated environments.

All T250 bearings have the following basic features:

• Made from AISI 52100 / SUJ2 / GCr15 steel material
• C3 or C4 clearance design compensates for temperature-induced distortion
• Adaptable to temperatures up to 250°C (effective operating temperature 230°C (446°F))
• Manganese phosphate (Mn₃(PO₄) 2) Surface coating (according to EN ISO 9717) ensures enhanced protection against corrosion.
• Premium heat-resistant grease forms a highly effective lubricant that reduces friction, allowing parts to operate more smoothly and providing greater economic benefit to the bearing.
• Heat-resistant steel roller cage provides high stability but low friction
