The suffix ENC330 (Enhanced+) high-temperature ball bearing is designed for industrial equipment operating in environments with continuous temperatures up to approximately 330°C. It is considered an improved version, offering an additional temperature option between the suffix HT3 (300°C) and the suffix HT1 (350°C). High-temperature bearings with the suffix ENC330 usually operate at speeds and temperatures of up to 330°C. to maintain lubrication and reduce thermal stress
The suffix ENC330 deep groove ball bearings have the following advantages:
Material
- Chrome steel
- High hardness and wear resistance under heat.
Surface Treatment
- Manganese phosphate coating (Mn₃(PO₄)₂ (according to EN ISO 9717)
- Improves corrosion resistance and lubricant adhesion.
Internal Clearance
- Increased radial clearance (multiple of C5)
- Compensates for thermal expansion at high temperatures.
Cage
- Riveted steel cage
- Stable performance with low friction.
Grease lubrication:
- Graphite-containing high-temperature paste rated up to 330 °C.
Available Configurations: ENC330 bearings usually come in two versions:
- Open type (no shield)
- ZZ type – two heat-resistant steel shields.
Typical Industrial Applications:
The Suffix ENC330 bearings are widely used in high-temperature industrial processes, such as
- Brick kiln carts
- Ceramic furnaces
- Glass manufacturing lines
- Steel rolling conveyors
- Die-casting machine and aluminum furnace
- Etc…
